At least eight top barbecue chefs, of all types, offer up their signature dishes which can be consumed in comfort in the huge seating area. The bourbon tasting pavilion is the event’s central attraction – offering more than 20 types of bourbon for tasting – creating what is best described as a ‘flavor extravaganza’. Nightly performances by big name music acts, a children’s entertainment area and a wide variety of merchant booths round out this unique festival.
