Join us for a yoga class at North Avenue Beach with curated music, our incredible yoga community. What is silent disco yoga? We wear headphones, so you can hear the yoga instruction and music, and you control the volume. Yoga suitable music will be played, expect rnb, hip hop and yogi aprroved music coming through the headphones. All people, all levels welcome. Your tickets includes yoga, heaphones, additional suprises which will be provided at the beach. This is a sensory experience of mindfulness and peace. After yoga, you are encouraged to enjoy a mimosa or three and snacks with your friends at the bar. The Class starts at 10:15 am.
